Summer Training Academy 2026

Ages 6–12 | 8:00am–4:00pm

Early Registration ends March 1, 2026

Week 1 (7/6): Foundations & Focus

Theme: Building strong habits from day one
Students focus on core Taekwondo fundamentals, proper stances, basic techniques, and classroom etiquette. Emphasis is placed on focus, listening skills, and following instructions, setting the tone for a successful summer.

Week 2 (7/13): Confidence & Coordination

Theme: Moving with purpose and control
This week emphasizes balance, coordination, and body awareness. Students build confidence through controlled drills, forms practice, and structured challenges designed to help them move with clarity and confidence.

Week 3 (7/20): Discipline & Technique

Theme: Doing things the right way, every time
Students refine techniques, combinations, and forms while learning the importance of discipline and consistency. Attention to detail and personal responsibility are reinforced throughout the week.

Week 4 (7/27): Strength & Endurance

Theme: Building physical and mental resilience
Training focuses on conditioning, stamina, and perseverance. Students learn how effort, grit, and determination help them push through challenges both on and off the mat.

Week 5 (8/3): Leadership & Teamwork

Theme: Leading by example
Students practice leadership skills, respect, and teamwork through partner drills, group challenges, and guided leadership discussions. This week emphasizes helping others and taking responsibility for actions.

Week 6 (8/17): Performance & Readiness

Theme: Putting it all together
Students review curriculum, practice test-ready techniques, and work toward personal goals. Emphasis is placed on confidence, presentation, and preparing for future belt testing opportunities.
