Sparring Seminar with Sahai & Master Kim

Sparring Seminar led by Sahai Haylett and her coach Master Taeyoung Kim

Learn the skills & strategies used by Sahai to make it through Team Trials and ultimately make it onto Team USA. The essential skills needed for today's Taekwondo competitions, and drills that enable you to sharpen those skills and strengthen the muscles that you need to execute them.

Sahai will travel to South Korea for the 2024 Junior World Championship with the rest of Team USA members to represent the U.S. against the best in the world. Athletes are responsible for all expenses incurred, and travel to/from Korea is not inexpensive. All funds raised from this event will be donated to Sahai to support her in this trip.
